Lower abdominal muscles is a muscle that is difficult to strengthen them in the human body, because of the smallness and the sensitivity of its place in the human body, but today we will with you some easy and simple exercises that help to strengthen this muscle fast and easy way 

A way to strengthen the muscles of the lower abdomen 

 The first exercise: from a sitting position on a chair and support for the legs on the table is higher   than the level of the chair you sit it, try lifting your legs with each other in close proximity to the top and then go down slowly on the table

Exercise II: From the same situation before, but this time used a chair similar to the one who sits upon, never the same movement in the previous exercise 

Exercise III: the same the previous exercise, but without a chair and start from the foot to the ground 

 Try to repeat all the exercises from 10 to 15 times with straighter legs and slowly
